Nolan General Contracting LLC provides a team of knowledgeable, skilled, dedicated, reliable and hardworking individuals starting with the owners and employees, reaching our subcontractors, and material suppliers.
We’re completely dedicated to building beautiful, quality homes for our customers. We pride ourselves on our dedication to maintaining quality and perfection in everything we do. Our only business is construction, leaving us the ability to 100 percent focus on our projects without any outside distractions from other businesses. We hold our employees and subcontractors to the highest standards to make sure that our customers get the best quality.
No job is too big for us to handle. We take pride in our work and our customer satisfaction is our main priority.
Somethings you can expect from us include the following:
- We are reliable, and we will make sure that you receive the best quality work and craftmanship.

- Handle all the paperwork, obtain all the building permits, and arrange all the meetings with the code officials.
- Communicate with the engineer and architect to remain efficient and effective.
- Meetings with you, at your convenience, to review the selection of materials and discuss the status of the project and what you can expect to happen next.

- Upon completion of your home, there will be a final walk-through with an opportunity to discuss any concerns that need to be addressed. During the process of building, we encourage you to bring any changes, concerns, or issues to our attention as soon as possible. This allows us to make changes and corrections with minimal time loss.
- You will receive a folder that will be comprised of a list of products used (ex. stains, paint colors, flooring, etc.) and warranty information on installed appliances (ex. boiler, generator, etc.).

Meet the Team
Patrick and Lenee Nolan
Patrick and Lenee Nolan are the owners of Nolan General Contracting LLC. Patrick started the company in 2009 and Lenee joined the business in 2012 when they were married. The couple has four beautiful children, Sean (2014), Evalyn (2016), Olivia (2017) and Carolyn (2023).
Patrick learned the craft of carpentry at a young age which has become his passion for building custom homes. He started working summers for area contractors at the young age of 13. While Patrick knew he wanted to have his own business building homes, he continued to work for other contractors to expand his skills and knowledge of home building when he was done with high school. In 2008 Patrick felt a need to serve his country and joined the United States Army Reserves. This is around the time Patrick and Lenee met. In 2009 Patrick started to do his own construction jobs outside of his full-time job and the time spent out of state, training in preparation for his deployment to Iraq. Patrick and Lenee started dating the week before the deployment to Iraq in 2010 until 2011 under Operation Iraqi Freedom. When Patrick came home from Iraq, he continued working for other contractors and doing his own jobs for a couple years. In 2014 Patrick decided to focus solely on building the business. Lenee left her job with the USDA – Farm Service Agency after 12 years as a loan officer in 2020 to join the construction business full-time.
Our business has grown and changed substantially from building custom cabinetry and doing additions/remodels to building several houses annually. Houses range from 1,200 sq. feet to 5,600 sq. feet, with various types of finishes.
Patrick is very proud of his time in the United States Army Reserves. He believes the time he spent overseas in Iraq, Germany and out of state, developed him as leader. He also credits the many mentors he had growing up. Without their time, faith, advice, and support, he’s not sure he would have become the person or builder he is today.
Patrick is the general manager, overseeing all phases of construction and the day-to-day operations. Lenee manages the daily finances, payroll, tracks job expenses, and organizes. They estimate and review all business functions together.
Outside of working, the couple focuses on their 4 children. Patrick also serves on the Remsen Central School Board as Vice President.
Brendan Nolan
Brendan officially joined our team in 2016, though being Patrick’s younger brother, he has always been around. Brendan is hard-working and dedicated with a knowledge for construction that is hard to find.
Joey Rowlands
We are happy to announce that Joey recently “rejoined” our team!!! Joey is also hard-working and reliable. His quick wit keeps us all laughing and on our toes.
