Kayuta Lake House

rustic finishes | reclaimed barn wood flooring | shiplap white pine

About the project:

This house started out as an addition that turned into a remodel.  This home has an open floor plan with rustic finishes.  The kitchen cabinets are custom built quarter sawn white oak with a copper range hood.  Flooring is reclaimed barn wood. The ceiling has white pine bead board with Tamarac log beams (harvested from our own property).  The walls are covered with shiplap white pine. The bathrooms also have custom-built cabinetry.

“Nolan General Contracting, LLC did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. They added an addition to our camp.  Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. We gave Patrick ideas of what we had in mind and he gave us ideas that he felt would work best for our needs.  His suggestions and renderings went above and beyond what we imagined. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. We are delighted with the results and would definitely use and recommend them again!”
